WE'RE HIRING EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT Location: Makati Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Salary: ₱25,000 Qualifications: Preferably female, 25–30 years old, with a pleasing and professional personality At least 3–5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role (client retention or executive support experience preferred) Skilled in providing high-level support to C-suite executives in fast-paced, confidential environments Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel – advanced: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Data Analysis; Word; PowerPoint; Outlook) Knowledge of Power BI and ability to create reports/dashboards for executive review Tech-savvy, adaptable to new tools, platforms, and office technologies Strong organizational and time management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with sharp attention to detail How to Apply: Send your CV to camillesourcing.dempsey@gmail.com with the subject line: Executive Assistant _ [Your Name]
