Roles and Responsibilities
- Overall Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and manage the entire content operations division across 100+ teams (future scale).
- Develop and execute the growth strategy to hit aggressive revenue milestones (₹25Cr+/month by 24 months).
- Own P&L responsibility for the short-form content business.
- Identify new niches, markets, and monetization opportunities (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Affiliates, Sponsorships).
- Team Management & Scale-up
- Oversee the hiring, training, and performance of hundreds of Video Creators, Content Writers, and Managers.
- Build a strong middle management structure to ensure scalability.
- Mentor and guide team leaders on productivity, quality control, and monetization strategies.
- Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Monitor performance metrics across thousands of channels/pages.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize content formats, scheduling, thumbnails, and SEO practices.
- Ensure virality and consistent reach by leveraging platform trends.
- Monetization & Partnerships
- Lead efforts to maximize revenue from YouTube Partner Program, Facebook in-stream ads, affiliate marketing, and sponsorship deals.
- Negotiate brand partnerships and sponsorships across multiple niches.
- Build relationships with affiliate networks, ad agencies, and brand partners.
- Process & Systems
- Set up standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each team.
- Drive automation using AI tools, workflow management, and reporting dashboards.
- Ensure consistency and compliance across all content and monetization activities.
- Vision & Expansion
- Scale the business from a few teams to hundreds of teams while keeping profitability high.
- Explore international growth opportunities beyond India.
- Build the brand into a recognized global short-form content powerhouse.

- 10+ years of experience in digital media, content operations and growth-focused roles.
- Proven track record of scaling digital channels/pages into multi-million follower bases.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage large, distributed teams.
- Expert in YouTube SEO, Facebook monetization, Instagram Reels, and digital marketing ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, and sponsorship deal-making.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to use data to make scaling decisions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — someone who can treat this business as their own.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under high-growth, high-pressure environments and deliver results.
