Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Article Writer to join our growing content team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, well-researched, and SEO-optimized articles on real estate, property investment, and lifestyle topics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and write clear, engaging, and informative articles on assigned topics.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, original, and aligned with Precondo’s brand voice.
  • Optimize articles for SEO to improve visibility and rankings.
  • Work with the editorial team to meet deadlines and maintain content quality.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends and related industries.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a content writer, article writer, or similar role.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong research abilities and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
